Los chinchulines tienen textura crujiente y un poco dura debido al tiempo en el freidor y ya que es el intestino delgado del animal. Pero nada que el aguacate, limón y salsa habanera no puedan remediar… 

Good morning! Chinchulin Tacos (a staple in Argentinian, Uruguayan and South American cuisine) but also eaten in Mexico. Chinchulines are basically the lower intestine of the bovine, hard in nature they are also fried, making them crispy (not like your chewy tripa taco) Nothing that some fresh avocado, lime and habanero salsa can’t solve!
